Situated in the historical fishing village of Collieston, Forvie View offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to four people.
The village of Collieston offers a secluded harbour and beach, stunning walks across the surrounding Forvie Nature Reserve, and access to the whole of northeast Scotland with its fantastic coastline, farming and fishing communities, castles, beaches, distilleries and much more. The Cairngorms National Park is less than an hours drive away, with skiing, mountain biking and hill walking. We have many golf courses close by, including the world famous Cruden Bay course. The Ythan offers renown sea trout fishing. The city of Aberdeen, 15 miles to the south, offers all-year-round entertainment, including theatres, cinemas, sports facilities, a family-fun leisure pool, museums, a fun-fair and all manner of shopping.

The 15-mile long beach that starts at Forvie Sands and stretches to Aberdeen must be one of the best in Europe.
Watersports
The small sheltered village harbour is great for wild swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking or just paddling. Or join the kids jumping off the pier at high tide.
Great Walks
Through the nature reserve to the village of Newburgh to the south. Along the cliffs to Cruden Bay to the north. Great walks are all around.
